The concept of the body as a perfect organism may seem strange, especially when you look around today and see people who could be considered far from perfect.
But I believe our bodies have a perfect design and are actively working towards achieving that design.
What would it mean to have a perfect, ideal body? Well, the concept can differ from person to person and from culture to culture in terms of appearance, but it’s the internal stuff I’m talking about.
The perfect body would not deteriorate. Good health alone would shine through as natural beauty. There would be an abundance of energy and a elegance of movement.
Some things assist our bodies towards realizing that perfect design, while other actions seriously hinder a body’s efforts.
If one can isolate what helps and what hinders, get rid of those things that hinder and reinforce the things that help, prefection would truly be possible.
But there are a lot of hindering factors. The environment alone can create serious challenges.
And despite these, the body is always working towards the standard of that perfect design.
In your quest to be healthy and fit, remember to use things that help the body towards the perfect design, natural type things, and try to steer clear of chemical and drug based items which force the body from that design.
Once you’re on the right path, you’ll know. And remember, the body is caught up handling a surplus of limiting or hindering things, so there may be quite a lot to handle before the shape or strength or beauty you’re looking for appears. But give the body a chance and it will deliver!
And get double helix water too, it’s such a wonderful product.
Let’s all be perfect!
